Your trial lasts 30 days from clinic creation. No credit card is required, and it does not automatically become a paid subscription. Choose whether to continue at $29 USD or $39 CAD per clinic/month, or choose annual billing. Compare billing options.
Do owners need to download an app?
No. Owners open the private recovery link provided by their clinic in a browser. Clinic accounts are for veterinary teams; pet owners should use their clinic’s link.
Can we use our own recovery instructions?
Yes. Prepare clinic-authored protocols, then tailor the care steps, check-in questions, and follow-up information for each patient. Explore recovery protocols.
Do we pay for each team member or recovery case?
The per-clinic plan includes unlimited team accounts. There is no per-case charge during the founding-clinic period. See monthly and annual pricing.
Can we keep our current PIMS?
Yes. Vet Aftercare supports recovery follow-up alongside your practice management system; it does not replace it or automatically synchronize with it. Your team manually enters patient details and prepares the recovery plan in Vet Aftercare. Export the recovery summary when needed and add it to your existing records using your clinic’s normal process.
